can u take pic of the inside for me? Alot of the time ribbins connections or ports and yes wires come loose. But wires rarely break inside the case. They can come loose due to bad sodering. Most of these tablets have a speaker wire with is sodered to the speaker on back of housing and even I have pulled the loose on cases that wont pop off the tabs. Post a pic for me and ill look and see what where and maybe how to go from there.. Goodluck Chad man

Well it probably can't download apps because you can't connect to the internet. Under Settings > Wi-FI Press and hold on your network and "Forget the network". Re-auenthicate to it and try again.

its talking about your wireless password i'd guess. i find sometimes electronics goes "tarded" and all you have to do is: 1) go into your wireless 2) long press it or something then select forget (please don't do this if you don't know your wireless password) 3) then reconnect and type your password again I hope that helps

You'll need to do a factory reset: 1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power. 2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears. 3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection. 4. Press Volume Up continue. This will reset you device to factory settings, however anything on your SD card will still remain. At this point you will need to start fresh as if you just bought the device -- register with your email address, etc.

• Turn off the unit.
• Take a microSD card out of the slot. (Empty the microSD card slot.)
• Press and hold down the power button for a few seconds while pressing and holding down the "Home" (Silver Push Button) button. (Both "Power" and "Home" buttons must be pressed down until he see the phrase "upgrade system activated" in the middle of the screen.

• Wait until it finishes making a partition and shut down the system automatically.
• Once the unit is turned off, your system will be reset to the factory settings. Thus, your previous data are lost at this point.

It is normal unless your tablet is getting way to hot it is kind of like a laptop it has a fan built into it to keep it cool but also with excessive use your tablet will get warm also just like a phone gets warm from using to much at a time.

Only solution is to perform a hard reset but data in tablet will be lost.Hard Reset steps are"1. Power the Tablet off. 2. Press and hold the Volume Down button on the left side of the device, then press and hold the Power button. 3. Continue to hold both buttons until a bootloader screen appears. 4. Wait for the prompt that says to "Press <VOL_UP>" then press the Volume Up button to start the process.5.- Select all Erase contents and settings The Tablet will complete the hard reset process and reboot into a factory default state.

This is the "master" reset procedure. No other way of clearing the unlock pattern.

Step 1- Power the unit off. Press and hold the "Power Button" till the "Device Option menu appears.

Step 2- Click on "Power Off and select "OK" .

Step 3- Once the unit has been turned off. Press and hold the "reset" button and "power" button simultaneously for eight seconds.

Step 4- The following screen will appear. Press the "reset" button.

Step 5- The Android system recovery screen will appear.

Step 6- The "Home and Menu" button will allow you to go Up and Down the Android system recovery screen.

Step 7- Press the menu button to go to "wipe data/factory reset". . Press the "reset" button.


Step 8- The following screen will appear. .
Step 9- Press the Menu" button to select "Yes- delete all user data".
Step 10- Press the "reset" button.

Step 11- The following screen will appear .

Step 12- Press the "reset" button to reboot/restart the unit.

maybe the problem is with the cord

take a razor blade and open the cover.Carefully resolder the connection back in place. use flux and very very little solder. fixed mine :-)

Turn the tablet all the way off, press and hold the VOL - and power at the same time for 8 to 9 seconds, it will show a green android guy with a system recovery menu. Use vol - to go down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset, press the power button to select it, go down to 'yes' to confirm, press the power button to select it, it will wipe the tablet, you then press the power button on 'reboot system'.
