I would imagine it to be similar to this. this is standard wiring for your situation. although you may not have these exact pick-ups. the wiring remains the same. Good luck

Yes, get a replacement pot at most guitar centers.

You need to match the electrical resistance and the "Taper" as well as the physical shaft size, etc.

You will need to be able to solder the leads to the replacement.

Suggest you take a photo of the inside wiring for reference in restoring.
