There aapparently is no reset proceedure other than cycling the power. You don't tell us if you are on battery or an adapter. Use of incorrect adapter or failing batteries could cause this. The lights run LONG after the batteries will no longer generate sounds. If on an adapter, try using fresh batteries to see if it might work on battery... if it does, then your adpater or the connector may be bad.
How to replace a defective speaker on the Casio CT-638 tone bank keyboard
Hi, Yes it can be fixed. It may not need fixing, It may have just worked loose. If it is faulty then any general purpose speaker that will fit will be OK. Consider replacing both if the replacement is radically different.Speakers can be as cheap as a few pounds.Paying someone to do the repair is something else. It will take longer to take the keyboard apart than affect the repair.Consider buying a replacement from eBay, second hand, and get a competent amateur to repair yours!! Failing that, use the headphone out (which cuts the internal speakers) into a hi fi or external instrument amp.Good luck, Chris the Fader.

Sadly, when the circut get damaged by a fluid, it typically has to be taken to a local professional so that they can pull the board out and run tests on it. This is a very intensive process because each componant within the questionable area of the circuit needs to be tested for weaknesses or damage. Most of the time you will pay more for labor than parts, if you want the unit repaired.
I recommend getting a quote and keep your mind open to replacing this unit due to the repair versus replacement.
Busted motherboard
The board is cracked? "busted"... replacement only solution. If non-operational repair the unit. Failure to connect via USB is COMMON and is not indicative of "busted" motherboard.

Make sure the driver is compatible with your operating system... often stuff will not work with Vista for example. Often SOME software REQUIRES it to be installed before USB cable is connected, and yet other requires it not be connected till software is installed... read the manual...

(Wk-200) Volume wheel spinning all the way around and not stopping at "min" or "max"
If the volume wheel on your Casio WK-200 keyboard is spinning all the way around and not stopping at the "min" or "max" positions, it is likely that the potentiometer that controls the volume has become faulty or damaged. A potentiometer, or pot for short, is a type of variable resistor that is commonly used to control the volume on electronic devices.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Power off your keyboard and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove any batteries from the battery compartment.
- Locate the volume potentiometer inside the keyboard. It should be near the volume wheel and will have three pins or legs.
- Check the potentiometer for any visible signs of damage, such as cracks or broken pins.
- Gently wiggle the volume wheel while observing the potentiometer. If it appears to be loose or wobbly, it may need to be replaced.
- If you have experience with electronics and soldering, you may be able to replace the potentiometer yourself. Otherwise, it is recommended that you take your keyboard to a qualified service technician for repair.
If the issue persists after attempting these troubleshooting steps, it is likely that the potentiometer needs to be replaced. In any case, it is best to seek the assistance of a professional technician to avoid causing further damage to your keyboard.

Casio tone bank m120 no power,ic AN8054 has been blown off any substitute for ic is available please let me know
The AN8054 is an integrated circuit used in the Casio Tone Bank M120 keyboard. If it has been blown off, you will need to replace it. An equivalent replacement for the AN8054 is the LM358N, which is a dual operational amplifier that can be used as a substitute. Other equivalent options you can consider include the LM741, LM7808, and LM324. It's always recommended to check the datasheet of the substitute IC to ensure it meets the specifications and requirements of the original IC.
