VERY straight forward setup. SET the Dial to the correct DAY of the week and TIME. This timer is PRESET at the factory and you can NOT adjust any other ON/OFF settings yourself! "Pre-Set" mostly for evening and later evening times or hours "ON/OFF". These times CHANGE from evening to evening and again, ALL settings are made by GE! ALL ON/OFF cycles change from evening-to-evening and day-to-day. 120VAC operation. SWITCHES: 1,875 WATTS MAXIMUM! 1,250 WATTS if you connect INCANDESCENT LAMPS! I hunted and hunted for the specs on this Timer, but found none. I finally purchased two and read the tiny manual. I set one up in the kitchen to TEST with a 50 Watt lamp and it works GREAT... I just don't know WHEN it will cycle next, but I guess that's the mission and point of these spiffy timers! SOGLAD

GE 45233 wireless color camera to Android

I assume you want to monitor the camera from Android, unfortunately I'm not sure this is possible because the camera you have is not an independent camera or webcam, it is intended as a add-on for GE Color or B/W wireless systems (45234, 45235, 45236.) https://byjasco.com/sites/default/files/product/manuals/45233-Manual-Eng.pdf It looks like the camera transmits to the receiver.
