Adjusting Screen size
After looking at the instruction manual, there doesn't appear to be a way to change it.
This model may not support that.

Where i can download a free schematic diagram for
a free diagram will be very difficult to track down with that specific model. is it CRT or LCD or Plasma? your best bet would be to find a couple repair diagrams for tv's of similar type (google "tv repair diagram and scroll through the image search results.)
if it is a CRT then it won't be too bad, as they are pretty universal in the way they're built on the inside, so looking at a couple CRT repair guides should yield a good idea of what to expect, what might be moved around, and what stays constant.
your next option (which i am sure you are aware of) will be to call Sharp and request one from them, and it will most likely come with a price.
is there a specific problem with the TV that prompts you to need to disassemble it? perhaps we could better help with a specific problem. if you're taking it apart for fun, skip the diagram and jump into it. inside any electronic will just be circuit boards mounted to parts of the frame and a tv tube in this case, so you really can't harm anything by gently taking it apart. putting it back together is a matter of fitting the square peg into the square hole, so-to-speak, as the boards won't fit properly on any side other than that which they were removed from. cables are the same way.
hope this helps a little.
I have dish and I want to know what to set my Tv
You just hook your DVD player up to any of the inputs on the back, then change it to that input. The dish should have no effect on watching a DVD off a different input. So take the Red, Yellow, and White RCA cables, put them in input 1, 2 or which ever. Change your T.V. to which ever input you placed it on and you should be set.
My tv the screen there are line and sometime no
If there are lines on the screen [parellel lines across the screen horizontally, at about an inch or so apart], your tv needs screen adjustment. Its screen voltage is now high. It can be brought low by adjustments. There is a screen adjustment control, usually integrated with Line Output Transformer. If you know, you yourself can adjust this. It is an internal adjustment and need to open the back cover of the TV. Don't use your TV for long time without rectifying this problem. It may get picture tube damaged. The electron guns inside the picture tube neck will get red hot and its emmision will be reduced.
Sharp Model # 32C241 shuts
You could try and switch outlets and see if that helps. If it continues to do the same thing access the T.V. menu from your remote and check to make sure you don't have a sleep timer set. If there is no sleep timer and switching outlets doesn't help then my guess (from my own experience) would be that it's probably on its last leg and would require a repair. If it does require a repair then you would probably have better luck buying a new T.V.
I need a part number (or the part) for the Sharp
I am unable to locate of picture of that part either but when Sharp says "power button" the on-off plastic push button is what that means. The cheapest I found it was on the mcm electronics website.
Buzzing from back of tv
This is the best solution for your problem as a 40 year experience with wires etc.
Go to the source of your cable signal connector .
Open it and clean the terminals with emery paper , sand the end of the cable shiny clean from corrosion , get a new barrel connectors with gold terminals if possible lengthen the ends of the cable , insert and tighten good, use thick rg-16 or rg 40 cable with good insulation ends crimped professionally with a crimpier or buy ready made , not from dollar store. Get a gold plated professional splitter if you need one or two , it will cost about 15 or more each . Make the cable runs as short as possible, using the thick good cables. If needed get a signal magnifier. From radio shack or the source etc. Connect them good and tight . Ground the splitters . Problem solved , you will get crystal clear channel 2 to 7 including 3 and 4 . Isolate the TV cable from other cables and power wires.

I try to turn the tv on with the remote & it clicks on and off.
Probably a problem with the horizontal ouput transistor it is probably bad and/or the flyback(high voltage transformer). One or the other is probaly bad and it may be both. Horizontal ouput is definately shot if you hear a squealing sound when you go to turn it on and the flyback is probably the culprit.
Hello,
Make sure you select TV as an input, then do a channel scan. If that did not work, then TUNER of your TV most likely a problem.
Will not turn on
the power supply is the problem! so bring it to the expert technician!
TV Turns off by itself
its the tuner ic nuber 536 faulty on the main board or the capavcitor number c762 faulty.that needs replacement.
Sharp television model 32c241
This is a power supply problem. It may be as simple as a blown fuse or as complex as a problem with overvoltage and overcurrent events within the circuitry of the Horizontal and Hig Voltage sections of the set. If it is a fuse that's simple to replace, the other well that can get kind of involved. In any event I would suggest that you get the set analyzed by a qualified Television repair person.
Tv will not cut on
there is no recall on sharp tv that i know about if your tv is still on warranty take it back to the supplier.if the warranty is finish call a tech the tv has a problem in the power supply and related circuit.good luck.

Fuzzy or blurry picture
Ok with you I can skip the "do you have electronics experience?" questions. With 14 years under your belt you are a pro. So here we go.
The problem you are experiencing is called blooming/loss of focus this occurs when there is an increase in CRT anode voltage and control of the electron guns (in the CRT) is lost. The result is the picture spreads and focus is affected. The problem can some times be taken care of by adjusting the focus control However if you have auto focus the auto focus circuitry might be the problem.
The common parts (areas) to check are as follows:
1) Focus control (to see if the problem can be soled by adjustment)
2) IHVT anode (test to see if voltage is correct you will need a schematic and a high voltage probe)
3) CRT Socket board ( Check to see if the bias voltages and input signals are correct you will need a schematic, multimeter and oscilloscope)
These would be the areas to check, I hope that you are seeing my point here. My next bit advise if not one of your experience, you have that, 14 years of it. However, you have little ones and they are your NUMBER ONE concern, So my advice would be to get the set repaired at a TV repair shop. The reason being is because even though I have named some places to start your troubleshooting, TV repair is not an easy thing and there may be other components that could have gone bad and you don't have the time to do investigative troubleshooting.
I wish you well on this issue and take care of those little ones.
Respectfully Submitted,
