this is a cheap knockoff of a camera, the maximum quality is 640x480 I can find these for 20 dollars. Its just bad quality there noting you can do about it. you have to buy a better camera, or a better binocular camera.

The best solution is to return to Kmart & get your money back as fast as you possibly can! I have a set of these that we just got & the binoculars are great but the pictures are HORRIBLE, 9 times out of 10 the picture isn't even what you're aiming at! I have yet to be able to get a picture to be non blurry let alone of what your aiming at!!!

You have to take pictures maybe 20 feet away. You may want to test the scope by plugging the camera into your computer and take pictures so they're instantly downladed on your PC so you can get an idea of whatthe range is. Yes, this camera is cheap, but what can you expect for less tha $15

The problem was with the camera. The message "there is nothing in the camera" indicated that the software was accessing the camera, but nothing was showing up in memory. I deleted all of the photos in memory reset the camera and took some more test photos. The next time that I connected the camera. The software recognized the photos in the camera's memory and all was as it should be.
