Take it to someone familiar with electronics. SOME of the wire types are very hard to solder. These are kind of "tinsel" wires for flexibility.
They likely can be repaired and some shrinkfit tubing put over the splices.

Hi try this out....Turning on, then turning off "Hearing Aid Mode" fixed the problem. The audio switches automatically between headphones and speaker normally now.
Hearing aid mode is under "System Settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Hearing Aid Settings

Try pressing the brackets that hold the earpiece in place, back together. This is the best I can tell you. I don't know where the crack is located at on the headphones. If you want to go this far, you can try to glue or tape the crack in place, but this is only if you want to try this. I say, if you are still getting quality sound from the headphones, then the headphones are still doing its job,
One ear bud has no sound
The wire is most likely broken to it, this is a common problem. You can try to replace it, but might have to buy another one.
