The same thing happened to me. This is truly ridiculous. My Philips Universal remote was programmed. I take the batteries out and suddenly it's not? What hell kind of remote is set up where you can't even change the batteries without having to reprogram it? What a poorly crafted cheap piece of crap! I've NEVER had this problem with ANY remote. What the hell were they thinking?
