Your convergence has failed and needs to be repaired. Once quick test is to goto your convergence menu and see if you can adjust red and blue. If not its has failed and needs to be fixed. You can call in a repair shop or you can get the parts and instructions from www.TvRepairKits.com and do the repair yourself. Its a fairly easy DIY fix. Here is an example photo....

Turn on the TV set, bring up the convergence menu and make sure the three colors--red, green and blue--converge and overlap at the cross in the center of the screen. This is needed to help converge the TV later. Turn off and unplug the TV.
Remove the front screen by popping off the bezel and pulling the three combined screens out. Place wide cellophane tape around the frame to prevent the three screens from separating. Lay the screen someplace where it won't be bent or scratched.
Remove the circuit board from the bottom of the CRT neck. It may be held in place by one screw or glued in place with silicon. Pull it out without twisting it.
Disconnect the large red wire from the high voltage transformer by grasping it with a large side cutter and rocking it from side to side to lift up the fastener. Disconnect the two bundles of wires from the main circuit board and leave them hanging from the CRT.
Remove the ground connectors by releasing their tabs with a narrow screwdriver.
Remove the CRT assembly from the TV by removing its four flat-bladed screws and pulling it out of the TV. Lay the CRT down with its filler plug facing up in a location far away from the TV's circuit boards.
sincerely. God bless you
