Pictures downloaded from sd card onto computer are being cut off!
its a matter of resolution ...just download them on the computer ..and modify them on a picture manager like photoscape... actually just make them a little smaller or change the resolution on the computer .. what happen is that the picture is somehow larger that the machines you tried supports ..
Card formated but says it full
Try formatting the card with the cam you want to use. They could be different formats between the two manufacturers or models.Keep one card for one cam and one for the other. This should solve your problem.
Usb cable for F10
skip replacing the USB cable and consider getting an xD card reader instead. then simply remove xD memory cards from your camera, and place them in the card reader to transfer photos to your computer.
Lens (lens cover?) only opens halfway
Hmm, this has happened to me too now. And just like the previous two posters it happened to me once before, but after switching it on and off a couple of times it corrected itself.
Now, about a month later, it has happened again. And this time it doesn't seem like it's going to open fully any more. Out of interest how long have others had their camera before this happened? How many photos had they taken?

Camera will not connect with PC to download pictures
Hi I am vortash .. check for damage on your download lead and around the camera plug interface .. check that the drivers are still installed and reinstall them to make sure ... if you have a sd card installed remove it as it may be lose in the socket and the camera is trying to read it and can't .. check your batteries are ok .. try it on another computer .. if all this fails sounds like the camera interface has broken constant plugging in and out can sometimes cause problems with a loose plug .. hope tthis helps Regards Vortash
When i email photo it is too large for receiver to open
Hi I am vortash that's very unusual as most emails will take up to a gig on a download now hot mail ., yahoo .. etc so maybe its the format your trying to send that's the problem .. pictures in BMP bitmap are far larger files than say JPEG or JIF files and most mail servers require Jpeg for photo attachments .. and I do know that some cameras actually load pictures to your computer in Bitmap form .. so you need to change them .. easy enough just save them again but choose Jpeg or Jif compliant and the computer will do the rest .. hope this helps Regards Vortash
Camera will not turn on and battery is fully charged
Hi I am Vortash I know this might sound silly but check the battery is in the correct way round .. if your like me and changed the batteries to my easy share I forgot a couple of times and put them in the wrong way round ..( even we make mistakes ) reversersal of the batteries cured my problem and added to my embaressment lol .. other than that check the batteries havent leaked and if they have look in the battery compartment for signs of damage rust etc .. and if you are still using the easy share battery that came with the camera .. it might say it is charged but may not be mine was dead and wouldnt charge afyer about 6 months use .. Regards Vortash

My photos are always blotchy
I had the same issue mate, I found that because this camera is ISO1600 i had set ISO800 in the automatic mode. Yes! in automatic mode you can still change the ISO ratings, I had set it to 800 which screwed all my photos.
Now i have set it to Auto and the camera is back to its excellent form.
I know F10 was sold as ISO1600 camera and most users tried to use highest ISO and failed.
Its an excellent camera just dont use high iso
Grainy photos
just switch to regular mode but the pictures already taken will unfortunately be like this sorry
Finepix f10 problem
Try holding in the power button on the camera with the charger connected to the camera & still plugged into the wall outlet. This may be a reset the manual doesn't tell you about or simply a weird fix for the same problem I had with my F10.
