Not really sure what you're actually asking here but I see two possible questions.Firstly, you have a Samsung laptop with wifi and a belkin router with wifi and you want to know if the Samsung should be able to work from the Belkin and the answer is yes, it SHOULD.Wifi can be very funny (not ha ha) and sometimes will not be able to connect in the same room but it will anywhere else. Other anomalies I've experienced include only working in direct line of sight.The other question I see is you have a Samsung laptop with wifi that doesn't work and you want to replace the samsung wifi card with a belkin one - NO, only replace like for like. If the samsung wifi card isn't working and you have a belkin usb wifi adapted then yes, that should work once you've installed the software for it.

Paul, I am sorry but I have no experience with Samsung 3D Televisions so cannot advise you more than what I have read in the User Guide that I cannot see any method of connecting a Samsung keyboard to your TV apart from using the TV as a computer monitor to an attached computer. The built in applications for the TV provide an on-screen keyboard when input is needed.

what model TV?? NON STATED , old TV's are not smart, so do not have smart home page nor a Netflix app there. on those TVs we use a ROKU device, (adds the SMART) easy no next time read the backside of your TV it has a TAG that tag shows what TV model it is. 100's exist. first SMART Samsung is year 2008. fact , model A up models old "LN" LCD are not. as are NOT models FP, HP, LN, HL, TX no TV stated, at all, no answers really accurate possible. but one.
