Seems some thing wrong with power input plug or may be with power board in side the tv. first confirm with different power socket.

The light gray screen signals that there is no signal coming to the image processor. This means that the tuner board you just installed isn't operational. And since the tv doesn't respond to the remote commands (you have surely tried the buttons on the case with the same result) means that the control processor isn't functioning : you will have to reseat all connections between he boards of the tv and check the status of the mainboard - maybe something got disconnected.

If you are on a sat system then you only need one channel programmed, if you are using the cable input, if you just want the channels scanned for a local antenna, then you need to go to the menu and go to programming and change the cable/ant to ant and program.

Your TV has channle fixed at advanced setting options.

To select this option "Press Menu" and "Press Up or Down" button to select "Channel Fix". A Yagi Antenna symbol" will be displayed, when this option is selected.

Select this when you have a cable bod or satellite reciver connected.
2-6: select this to "fix" your TVs channel setting to 2-6 and use the cable box or satellite reciver to change channels. Select one of these settings if you have connected the equipment to the VHF/UHF JACK.
Video-1: Select this if you have connected the equipement to to the AUDIO and VIDEO IN jacks.
Select "Off" to turn off the "Channel Fix" feature.

When you select "channel fix", the favorite channel cannot be used.
When you select "channel fix", you cannot use Channel Skip/Add or autoprogram in the TV setup menu. To use them, select Channel Fix to :Off".

Its possiable the Part you replaced did not hold up,I would return that Part get New one and see if that FIXs the problem .

Check all the video inputs. If non of the inputs of video work you need a new Q board, However if your screen doesn't work at all shows no signs of life and you can't access the menu then you will need a new B board.

You might have a bad B board. What's worse is that the power switch is connected to the Q board which works in conjunction with the B board. Replace B board, You can send your B board for repair to a company called modus link pts. They are the largest part supplier of after market parts and repair.
