How to remove maxi cosi priorfix harness straps

Hi Deirdre Due to the safety implications of the harness in your carseat being incorrectly fitted we must recommend that you do not attempt to remove or replace the harness yourself. Should you wish to have it replaced you can send the seat to our engineers for inspection and replacement of the harness plus safety checks to confirm that it is working as per specification. 5bac1756-b7e9-4806-aa74-da8d8a038fa4.jpg

Harness strap is broken. Where can I get

Good Evening

If the carseat is under 2 years old please return to your retailer with your proof of purchase and they will make arrangements for it to be returned to our engineers for full inspection & repair service. Following this and a full safety check the carseat will be returned.

If your carseat is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase please contact our customer service department on 01284 413141 (Mon - Fri, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) to make arrangements for a chargeable repair. Standard charge is £50 and this includes courier delivery service back to your address. In addition to this you would need to make arrangements & cover costs for courier delivery of the carseat into our engineers.

Due to safety implications of incorrect fitting a replacement harness must always be fitted by our specialist engineers and cannot be dispatched out for customers to fit themselves.

The car seat I have

Hi Maxi-Cosi do not produce the adapters for the carseat to be used with Mamas & Papas chassis. Adapters would be designed, tested, approved and sold from Mamas & Papas. If the adapters do not fit the carseat they need to investigate this for you. The CabrioFix carseat is only one model and regardless of date of manufacture all Maxi-Cosi adapters for CabrioFix are the same. (For using Maxi-Cosi carseat on Maxi-Cosi pushchair chassis)
