Panasonic NV HD620 Error F06
You appear to have a model that uses the K Deck Chassis.
F06 in that case stands for: "Mechanism locks after unload". The cause being either the loading motor or the carriage alignment.

Panasonic NV-SD235 gives F06 message after I reset alighment. What can I do?
There's a small gear on the end of the loading motor, there is also a tiny little white piece that pushed on, you'll find a small crack in that. If you can't get the plastic piece you can super glue the little white piece on again. This problem is VERY common. Look for the hairline crack, it show up quite easily as the grease gets in it. You have to take the loading motor out and worth giving that a spray as well, but the motor is usually ok. Regards Tim

Hi, I have a Panasonic
You have a K Mech model, searching online for "Pansonic K Mech" will produce more information on it which will help solve the problem.
F04 Means the mechanism is locking when it unloads. The cause of which is the Load motor timing.

I have a Panasonic NV-FJ600 VCR which ejects
If you mean the guides are on either side of the head drum, and the carriage is in eject position, the mechanism is out of alignment. Re-alignment and re-timing may require a workshop service by a professional Panasonic agent.
The bad news is the likely cost(s) involved if parts are replaced.
The NV-FJ600A VCRs were good models a few years ago, one of the first 'super long play' series Panasonic launched.
They use the Z-mech series of decks. These are not impossible to re-align/re-time, unlike previous mech designs, but depending on the extent of wear/damage, can prove uneconomical for a budget VCR which would now be close to 10 years old.

Panasonic vcr - audio working, no video
I think this sounds like the old test signal so you can tune in the RF on a TV. Have a look around the back see if you can see a test switch.
You can also look it up in the manual. If you have lost that you can download it free from the Panasonic website.

Tape wont play nor extract. Managed to remove tape
Sounds like your carriage is out of alignment and/or damaged. Depending on the series of the mechanism, it may be necessary to re-time the whole deck and/or replace certain parts of it.
This would be time-consuming and involve a lot of fiddling around, however this cannot be done correctly without the proper service manuals or in an authorised workshop environment, plus spare parts if and as required. No VCR mech is unfixable; but some are a pain to re-align, while others have major timing issues. I do not recommend that you attempt to fix this yourself without experience.
The sad part is, this situation may incur a workshop quote for repairs which could cost more than the machine is worth new.
Nevertheless, if you are prepared to spend the extra few dollars on the repair, you can choose to go ahead and get this fixed by a professional who will then guarantee the work done. Up to you.
The beauty of decision-making; you can either say yes or no to the proposition, even if it seems impossible.

Panasonic VCR model number NV-HD640B
You have a Panasonic K Deck Mechanism, you can search for more free info on it via Google. Meanwhile H01 means no drum motor or drive, it's to do with the main VCR head not going around.
