I have a Panasonic 52lcx35.

amber weaver,

It sounds like the repairman forgot to reconnect one or more of the fan motors. There are several in these units and if not connected you will get the error you mentioned. Unplug the unit and remove the back. Locate all the fans (this may take some time to make sure you have them all).

There could be 3 or 4. Check each one's wire to make sure they are all connected to wires or an appropriate board. If this is your problem this should solve it.

Thanks for using FixYa and for the great rating!!

Bright Green spot

This could either be an issue with your DMD board or your Video board. While the TV is on, go the menu, if that green spot shows on the menu, the issue will be with the DMD board, but if it doesn't the issuw will be withe the Video board

Spots on picture screen, color not correct

the picture tube has three color production units (bulbs) red, yellow and blue.....since these three colors can be combined to produce almost any color. as you have specified the red bulb might have damaged due to one of the following reasons.
1.continuous usage
2. keeping your tv in standby mode for a prolonged time.
the only thing you can do is call a technician and get your damaged part replaced.
remember please do not try to disassemble the unit yourself.

No sound when the tv is on and the mute is turned off

I still am unclear as to your hook up but lets try this, if you have your DVD/VCR plugged into the TV audio and video and a audio cord from the tv monitor out to an input on the reciever, this way you should hear the sound at the tv and reciever.
However if you have your DVD/VCR plugged into the reciever first audio and video connections made at the reciever you should just have a video cord fromthe monitor out of the reciever to the tv and your audio will come from the reciever

Won't Turn On

I just went through this issue. First, we replaced the bulb which did nothing.  Next, I swapped out the ballast assembly which did nothing.
Basically, the color wheel is not spinning up, preventing the lamp from firing.  One cannot buy just the color wheel, though.  You need the entire light engine which is about $2000.  Only, they are no longer available.
I may take this unit over to my shop and try whacking the color wheel and see if it will spin up.  If it does, then problem found.  If not, the set is landfill bound.

Panasonic 52 projection tv lamp light ?

Sounds like the lamp failed early (not uncommon) and one of the fans has something rubbing on it. Clean the interior and fan filters and replace the bulb (for lamp #TY-LA2005) as follows:
Projection TV makers charge an arm and a leg for their replacement lamps. They make it easy to do but as a result the custom lamp assy is expensive. The trick is to just buy the bulb for your model TV from any number of us aftermarket sources at a fraction of the lamp price and install it in the old lamp yourself. really easy. Some models are real bulb hogs though. Look them up on the net (include the word complaint or repair) before you buy, or you might be sorry. Many class action lawsuits out there - even against some of the name brand makers.
Hope ya fix it!

Panasonic hds700tds playing audio no videos

  1. Check the Input Source: Make sure you have selected the correct input source on your TV for the device you are using. Use the remote control to cycle through the input options until you find the one connected to your video source.
  2. Check Video Connections: Ensure that all video cables (such as HDMI, component, or composite cables) are securely connected between your TV and the device you are trying to watch content from. A loose or faulty cable connection could result in a loss of video signal.
  3. Restart the TV and Video Source: Try restarting both your TV and the device you are trying to watch content from. Power off both devices, wait a few moments, and then power them back on. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches or issues with the video signal.
  4. Check for Software Updates: Make sure your TV's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes software updates can resolve compatibility issues or bugs that may be affecting video playback. Check the settings menu on your TV for an option to update the firmware, or visit the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to do so.
  5. Reset Video Settings: If you've made any changes to your TV's video settings, such as resolution or picture mode, try resetting them to their default values. This can sometimes resolve issues with video playback.
  6. Try a Different Device: If possible, try connecting a different device (such as a DVD player or gaming console) to your TV to see if the issue persists. This can help determine whether the problem lies with the TV itself or with the original device you were using.
  7. Contact Panasonic Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible there may be a hardware problem with your TV. In this case, you may need to contact Panasonic customer support for further assistance or to schedule a repair.
  8. Hope this helps

I have a Panasonic 50-in flat screen TV a storm came by and knocked out my TV and my Yukon no breaker was off so did it come through the antenna please help

  1. Check the Power Cord: Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and the power outlet. Make sure there are no visible signs of damage to the power cord or the plug.
  2. Inspect the Power Outlet: Try plugging another electronic device (such as a lamp or a phone charger) into the same outlet to verify if it is functioning properly. If other devices work fine, then the issue is likely not with the power outlet.
  3. Check for Tripped Circuit Breakers: Check your circuit breaker or fuse box to see if a circuit breaker has been tripped or a fuse blown. If so, reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse and try plugging in your TV again.
  4. Test with Different Power Source: If possible, try plugging your TV into a different power source altogether, such as a different room or building. This will help determine if the issue is specific to the power source you were previously using.
  5. Contact Panasonic Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue and your TV still does not power on, it's likely that there is a hardware problem with the TV itself. In this case, you may need to contact Panasonic customer support for further assistance or to arrange for repairs. Be sure to provide them with details of the troubleshooting steps you've already taken.
Hope this helps
