White dots when Panasonic plasma TV turns on disappear after warm up.
White spots or dots showing up on your TV's screen could be the result of a bad or damaged processor or due to some overheating occurring the summer time or cold weather temperatures during the winter time. TVs can be affected by electricity surges or spikes as electricity supplies vary throughout the year. Or power outages and brown outs and black out can also cause spots to be on the TV screen too.

Panasonic TV flashing LED
Buy a new TV this set most likely isn't worth fixing, plasma sets are much more complex than LED or LCD sets, also boards are hard to find and expensive

I have panasonic tv model: th-l 32c20r. It does not power up.
Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
Search the site by type in the brand name of your set, in its search bar at the right side column, and press enter. See it in Webview by mobile. Mobile View has no search box.
