Are you sure they are subtitles rather than closed captioning (if it is TV rather than DVD, it is closed captioning)?

If it is closed caption, pressing subtitle won't turn them off. If there is a button that says "Closed Caption" or "CC" press it. If not, press menu and look for the CC option (it should be under video or audio depending on the TV). Turn it off.

If you are watching a foreign language movie on TV (not DVD) it is likely hardsubbed (you can't turn the subs off because they are burned into the video).

You have BNC connections on your TV you need a BNC to Coax adapter sold at any AV store and sometimes radioshack.

Not totally sure what your asking but I think your saying your LED lamps aren't working, if that's the case replace them

You either have a bad Main board or simply a bad touch control button in other word one of your side buttons is defective and it is blocking any other signal to the main board, but usually its a bad main board. Check the signal cable, resolution of the source and input mode of the TV.

Try disconnecting all of your HDMI cables and plugging the power cord of the TV into another wall outlet. check for swolon capacitor in power supply or try to go in service mode and reset tv by pressing vol_ on tv and press recall button continious from remote tv will go to service mode then press vol_ on tv and ok from remote hold ok untill tv reset then unplug and turn on again.

This is not an easy job, you need lots of space, time and patience, You need to remove the back of the tv and then you need to remove all the screws around the outside that hold the front on, You need to disconnect the speakers and front panel controls in order to remove the panel from the front bezel, Then you will see how the protective glass attaches, allow 1-2 hours and be slow and keep track of where everything goes, also be careful not to damage the circuit boards and be cautions as the boards can store high voltage.
