No problem. Go into menu to channel or tuner setup.. When it was unplugged the tuner reset to air and needs to be changed to cable and then auto program the channels..
If both go at the same time then the problem is power related - a wire (or another part) on the mainboard overheats and loses the electrical contact . This is caused by a faulty soldering - all the actual parts of the tv are just fine. You will have to open the tv and check al the solderings and redo all the dubious one. It's a simple but tedious job that you can do yourself, all you need is a soldering iron.
You should start the checking from the power source.
Does the set change up and down with the buttons on the front of the set or with the buttons on the remote?
There are only two possible reasons for this---with the remote or front keyboard go into the customer menu and select setup--look for autoprogram--if you have cable etc--make sure cable is also selected--then engage the auto program--let it go thru all the channels--if it works you are in business.
The second possible reason is very unlikely but possible--you may have some kind of micro processor problem that will prevent the set from operating normally---if it works with the buttons on the front of the set but not the remote--the problem is with the remote control.

The VCR and DVD recorder won't eject/open on command either, so my guess is the capacitors on the power board are dead. Upvote
