C350 service
how old is the amp? if over 20 it probably needs new capacitors, if it is newer, and hasn't been abused, you will need to adjust the slew rate and damping, if you don't know what these are, i'd take it to a shop to have it done and tested. if you do and have an oscilloscope the little pots are near the biasing resistors in the output stage. good luck, with a little work these are great amps.

HDMI problems with NAD T758
Yes because HDMI 1 is the only hdmi port on your TV that has ARC. I Believe if you turn down the resolution (the quality of the picture) in the settings on your DVD player it will work on the other hdmi ports. This of course is probably the last thing you want to do. That's technology for you.

See if temperature change has any effect. If there is a change this could help you pinpoint the area where thr trouble lies. If you are using a hair drier be careful of creating too much heat. That could kill it altogether.

Take care. First put the volume down complete. Then unplug the head phone and than try to raise the volume. Could be the headphone connector does not switch through correct. Could be the connections between the pre and power amp are not in place or not proper pushed in?Always take care when working with amplifiers. When switching them on with volume to max, you easy can kill your speakers. Also when disconnecting the headphones on full power kan damage the loudspeakers.
