I have power to the receiver but i have no display
Since there is power to the receiver, you will have to open the set and trace from the main pcb. see if the smps circuit ( main Power) gives the required voltages to the processor boards. You will have to use a multimeter for checking the +5 to the micro processor, the display voltages, the cord to the display, the display drive. only a though test on these units will you be able to arrive at the issue. If there is no response, you will need to replace the main board. hope this helps for a decision. Good day

Playing copied cds
go out and get a cd player lense cleaner cd and let it run for the time it gives. It is more than likely a dirty laser lense. Good luck.

I wanna hook an ..
Yes. Just run your RCA leads to the amp (after properly wiring it). You can use either the front of rear pre-out connections. If your amp has a built in crossover, Use the low-pass filter setting at around 60Hz.
A copy of the owner's manual can be found here if you need it:

Hope this helps!

Cd player
The yellow wire goes to + (hot) 12 volt constant, red wire goes to ignition switch, Hook up your amp together with the red wire
(switched) and the amp will come on with the ignition switch.
Blue and white wire is for the power antenna.

Kenwood kdc 3011 cd player
Have you tried the balance and fader control?
Also make sure the ground or - negative wire has a good connection for that speaker from the back of the unit. Or it could be the internal amplifier it self.
