What is the p. con on the back of the kenwood

Power control wire - tells the amp to turn on, usually connected to the blue/white or blue wire when blue/white is not present on aftermarket radios. On factory systems you usually want to hook up this connector to an acc source on the car

My Kenwood kac9152D turns on but why dose the red light on the top keep flashing?

The manual only says the power indicator burns when the power is on. 25372094-ptmniwyvtjobac0k42nxowvq-3-0.png I can't find anything about it also should flash. The only thing I can think of, it has detected an error, like a blown amp or a low impedance on a speaker terminal. Here is the manual: http://images.kenwood.eu/files/prod/29/5/KAC-9152D_9102D_8152D_8102D_(EN).pdf

Amp has power, turns on with stereo, but sub isnt

if you have a protection light that is on it means the amp is in protection mode and wont allow any power to the sub this usually happens when the sub or wiring shorts out or if there is an internal failure in the amp or if its overheating. check the wires and connections and test your sub on another amp.

I have a kenwood kac-9152d

make sure it's well ventilated. If there's no air flow, then there is no way of cooling down and to protect itself it will shut off. Make sure the speakers are wired correctly as per amp specs. too many subs or subs connected improperly can draw too much current and shut the amp off, but you will notice this when you turn up the volume to a certain point and the amp shuts down.
