There is a button with the picture of a garbage can...this is the delete button. Bring up the picture you wish to delete and press the button...follow the on-screen instruction. If you've downloaded all the pictures you want to save to your computer, you can erase the entire card and optimize it at the same time by formatting it in the camera.

This is a problem with the CCD imaging in the camera. To put it simply the camera needs major repair. You can follow this link to inquire with samsung about getting it repaired.

I had exactly this problem and found the solution - I was using the wrong type of batteries.

You might be doing the same so what you need to do is check to see what mAh the batteries you're using. I was using Energizer rechargables with 1300mAh when the camera stopped working and switched to 2500mAh rechargables (on the advice of a friend) as a last desperate attempt to get it to work and it solved my problem. I got 2500mAh Energizer rechargables and would advise the same but you should go for batteries with at least 2100mAh.

sounds to me like you need to sebd it back to the manufaturer let them repair it or get a new one sounds like you have a piece of junk get a new one , also i would read nore for your other problems they atr in the manual step by step

with all the trouble you are having i would get online and see how good their support is . sounds like someone dropped it or made adjustment to th e hus . i would reset all to default try it again. get hold of manufaturer first . anything is most likelyt there for downloading

download all picts to computer!!!

Not an easy task and it will not be very good quality. Open the movie in windows media player 9 or above. pause at the place you want to make the picture. press ctrl + I to save it to a picture file. it will ask you where you want to save it and what file name. It will not be great quality however. Thats the best you will be able to do.

It's quite possible that the software had been infected and is broken/removed. To be honest, you shouldn't really need the bulk of the software that came with it - just the driver.

It's fine downloading drivers from the internet, as long as you do it from a reputable source. Here the link to the Samsung Camera Site where you get the A7 stuff:

For actually transferring the images, I'd recommend installing Picasa, Google's free photo software. It works really well and has lots of neat features like simple editing, emailing and ordering prints.

If you still have issues, you could try using a card reader - they're only a few dollars and tend to work better.

on the left,right,up and down buttons on one it looks a bit like a lightning strike go to picture mode and press it.

take out the memory card and plug the camera to your computer and it should show that way and save them. hope that helps..

The CCD is probably broken happened to me also, get it repaired while you still have the warranty

you must have cliked some wrong option from settings

please check the photo settings..you will be able to store more photos if you take photos in a lesser megapixel setting than compared to a higher one..also i would suggest getting a bigger memory card like 1GB..do check with the camera manual for all the supported memory types..hope it helps!

Do you have an USB cable? Connect the camera to the computer using this, then follow the instructions on your computer.

there will be a folder there with your photo's in it
copy and paste them to wherever you want
