They had me open the top to access the cartridges and physically slide the cartridge from its resting place over to the other side and and there was a small piece of paper that got caught in a print and was between the the ink and the cleaners. I then needed to physically move the cartridges back to the resting place and then close the top. Then on the printer, go to the menu and clean the nossels and the test the cartridge. if the lines are broken at all or you dont see words at the top of the test page, then clean the nozzles again. complete this and print a test page or copy.
