Use RJ11 connector to connect the phone to Simon, then connect Simon to the landline.

To program the system you need to use the System Menu (see from page 40)
To enter the system menu, press either the scroll up/down or Enter buttons in the upper right of the panel. Press the STATUS button to exit a menu or option edit mode and navigate up one level. Pressing the STATUS button while in the top menu level exits the system menu level.
To enter system programming mode, do the following: 1. Press the scroll buttons until the panel displays System Programming. 2. Press Enter. The system prompts for an access code. 3. Enter the access code from the codes listed in Table 9. The system displays each entered access code digit as an asterisk. 4. Press Enter. The panel is now in program mode.

locally if you have a battery plus store they carry alot of differnt batteries, or the alarm co. that installed it, or online you can find them, and worse case is locating the manufacturer is trying to get from them.
Everything sounds ok. Try to add more port in your port forwarding. Actually, even if you don't forward port 80, by default its already open because that is for internet access. Research more port that your dvmre is using. You may want to isolate the problem by connecting your dvmre directly to the modem and check if it works there. If not, maybe your ISP is blocking some port the your dvmre is using.
Concrete is a fabulous option for patios, sidewalks, and driveways. But, there can also be issues surrounding it. With the passage of time, holes and cracks may develop on the surface.
