For each country there is this thing +30"32454353". The +30 is on what country you are, +30 = Greece, +** = (Your Country). There is an option in mobiles to change these numbers on what country you are. I'm not sure where the option is but try to find it. Change the numbers in the numbers of your country. If it already does then there is a problem, you should go on a store to fixit or change SIM SAM or whatever you have. I hope helped :) .
