Where can I find a replacement battery for my Cruz T103 tablet .

http://www.justechn.com/gallery3/var/resizes/velocity_micro/cruz_tablet/IMG_9083.JPG?m=1303196774 is this normal and how the battery comes just soft and open exposed like tht? because my battery looks similar to this link but a litle roughr.... isnt it a hazard to have it open like tht? i could see if the device had to be unscrewed open but to be popped openand this is wht i see is strange. maybe im wrong but looks like its strange cause all batteries in the usa have proper procedures and protocles requured by the adminisrration regards to labeling?

Well, I think you should change the battery of your tablet PC. You must have charged the tablet for more than enough time several times. so the battery is damaged. or, the battery must be used for a long time!!!!!!

"rom"? What exactly are you trying to do? Are you referring to ROM as part of the tablet's memory? If yes, you probably will not be able to do it. ROM is a memory chip built onto the circuit board itself inside the tablet. You would need to completely dismantle the tablet to do it. Most tablets are not built to be taken apart for repairs.
