Hope, To transfer music to the SD card follow the info below. Put the card in the reader the computer will recognize it as a drive. Simply go to my computer and click on it. How do you hard reset a tablet?

Well if you don't have internet that is probably the problem but if you do it is because there must be a bug with that. I say you use the actual app not the button (or whatever it is) instead. I hope I helped! Happy Valentines Day!

if you have a windows8.1 touch tablet. -swipe in from the right, tap search icon and type "typing settings" or if you are like me and want to navigate their menu -swipe in from the right to bring up charms bar tap settings. at the very bottom right tap change pc settings. tap pc and devices and then tap typing and what you are looking for should be under touch keyboard.

Are you sure it's on, does it charge? If you plug it into a computer is it detected? If yes to all the above then the screen probably needs to be replaced. ifixit.com is a good resource for guides and parts or ebay.

Can you specify why are you using debugging mode. If you are trying to do it for development then which IDE are you using. I suggest you post the question in the the corresponding IDE beacause this may be a driver issue you may need to force the IDE to use a different set of drivers.
