Sub-Zero 550 water leak and freezing
Seems to be a common problem with these units. You can get a drain tube heater ( got mine from an online refrigerator parts distributor), though may not totally solve problem. Some suggest running a copper wire through tube - supposed to conduct just enough heat to keep tube from freezing.

Where exactly is it freezing? Do you mean it's freezing in the line? Have you tried getting rid of perishables and shutting it off over night to allow for a defrost?
Subzero regrigerator door not closing properly

Is it possible to elaborate a bit? Is it sticking? Jamming? Slamming? Not staying closed or sealed? Most of the time problems arise from damage to the white rubber seal (subzero's are specially fitted to ensure a stellar seal). Check along the entire rectangle surface for any cuts or problem areas.

Refrigerator sub zero 736 TC water leaking under vegetable drawer
Usually from plugged evaporator drain tube. remove all the drawers and unscrew the frame that holds the drawers. Free the the drain tube (need to unscrew the clamps that hold the tube to the back wall). Pull it up from the bottom hole where it drains into the pan and free it from the top drain pan. Most likely it\'s plugged with crap and fungus and yecchy stuff. Clean it out and reinstall it.

There are different handles depending on serial number. The older of the two is at the top of the door. The screws are covered with a magnetic trim piece. You can remove this by putting tape on the chrome and pull up. You can then tighten the nuber two phillips head screws. The newer model is on the door itself. These are held on with small set screws accessed from the bottom of the handle. You may get by just tightening the set screws. If not you need to remove the handle by removing the set screws. You can then tighten the standoff and reatach the handle. For the 632 same procedure except it will be on the side.
