Seems to be a common problem with these units. You can get a drain tube heater ( got mine from an online refrigerator parts distributor), though may not totally solve problem. Some suggest running a copper wire through tube - supposed to conduct just enough heat to keep tube from freezing.

Need to change water head (the part that the filter fits in).

Hi there, Where exactly is it freezing? Do you mean it's freezing in the line? Have you tried getting rid of perishables and shutting it off over night to allow for a defrost?

Hi there, Is it possible to elaborate a bit? Is it sticking? Jamming? Slamming? Not staying closed or sealed? Most of the time problems arise from damage to the white rubber seal (subzero's are specially fitted to ensure a stellar seal). Check along the entire rectangle surface for any cuts or problem areas. Usually from plugged evaporator drain tube. remove all the drawers and unscrew the frame that holds the drawers. Free the the drain tube (need to unscrew the clamps that hold the tube to the back wall). Pull it up from the bottom hole where it drains into the pan and free it from the top drain pan. Most likely it\'s plugged with crap and fungus and yecchy stuff. Clean it out and reinstall it.

Hi, The cover has 3 bolts, open refer unit door, in the ledge of the box just above the door, you will/should fined 3 screws. Yes the drain is on the right side top of freezer. There is also a drain behind the drawer, center of rear wall inside the refrigerator.

Call for service. you most likely have a leak.

Check the refr drain for blockage.

Turn the unit off, hold the freezer warmer key and press power. You should get 2 dashes in the freezer temperature readout.

If there is ice on the refr floor you want to check the drain for blockage and that the silicone sealing the drain trough isn't torn or leaking.

Hi, The only way this can be done is to unplug that compressor only, not the whole unit, just that compressor. Bottom left side under unit, you will find the compressor marked top or bottom, unplug the bottom one only. The condensor is usually located under the fridge. You should be able to remove the grill in the front to get to it.

It is a warning signal, it can't peep the temperature as low as wanted.

There are different handles depending on serial number. The older of the two is at the top of the door. The screws are covered with a magnetic trim piece. You can remove this by putting tape on the chrome and pull up. You can then tighten the nuber two phillips head screws. The newer model is on the door itself. These are held on with small set screws accessed from the bottom of the handle. You may get by just tightening the set screws. If not you need to remove the handle by removing the set screws. You can then tighten the standoff and reatach the handle. For the 632 same procedure except it will be on the side.
