turn the printer off then push the reset button in back then turn on and keep holding for 60 seconds and then release. this defaults the print server only, not the printer.

Try to adjust the driver darkness or double check the ribbon

you must set the software to 3 accross

TLP does not support the notched labels bcoz the sensor is in the center.. TLP can detect labels with GAP/BLACKMARK and Center Hole

clean the printhead, if no better replace it

the issue sounds inpart to be related the set lable length, the printer thinks that the data will not fit on the label and gives the error. also note that the gap sensor is not in the center so the printer will not and can not autodetect the media correctly. you need to tweak the label setup. you could trick the printer by centering the labels over the gap sensor or if you do a autocalibating use the lable size it give you which would be much smaller then 17mm
