Xerox phaser 6500 will not recognize the magenta
Magenta toner(s) not being recognized, I looked into the little slot on printer where chip slides in and found one of the four contacts was bent up out of position. Rather than risk further damage by poking it in such a confined space I am going to remove the part first.

- Turn the printer power off, then on.

- Remove and re-install the Imaging Unit (make sure that Imaging Unit is locked in place). Turn the printer off, then on.
- Remove and re-install the Main Charge Grid. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Remove and re-install the Transfer Kit. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Remove and re-install each of the Toner Cartridges. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Replace the Main Charge Grid. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Replace the Imaging Unit (make sure that Imaging Unit is locked in place). Turn the printer off, then on.
- Replace the Transfer Kit. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Replace the Toner Cartridges. Turn the printer off, then on.
Error 21, 22, 30,and
32
- Remove and re-install the Imaging Unit (make sure that Imaging Unit is locked in place). Turn the printer off, then on.
- Replace the Imaging Unit (make sure that Imaging Unit is locked in place). Turn the printer off, then on.
- If a problem persists for Error 30, clean the sensor. See Cleaning Phaser 750 Printers.
Error 33
- Check for jammed paper throughout the paper path (especially in paper feeder).
- Remove and re-install the paper feeder and Transfer Kit. Turn the printer off, then on.
Error 40, 41, 42,and
43
- Check for jammed paper in the Fuser. Re-install the Fuser. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Make sure that you have the correct Fuser for your local printer power supply:
110-Volt Fuser Part Number 016-1839-00
220-Volt Fuser Part Number 016-1840-00
- Replace the Fuser. Turn the printer off, then on.
Error 50, 51
- Turn the printer off, then on.
Error 52
- Remove the Duplex Unit (if installed).
- Check for paper under the Upper Tray.
- Turn power off, then on.
Error 53
- Open left door and remove any jammed media.
- Tun the printer off, then on.
Error 60
- Remove the media from the Multi-Purpose Tray. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Reinstall the media. Make sure you do not overfill the tray.
Error 61
- Remove and re-install each Toner Cartridge. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Replace each Toner Cartridge. Turn the printer off, then on.

- Check for jammed paper throughout the paper path (especially in the paper feeder and Fuser).
- Remove and re-install the Fuser. Turn the printer off, then on.
- Slide out and re-insert the paper feeder. Turn the printer off, then on.

HOW TO CHANGE TRANSFER ROLLER ON A XEROX PHASER 7800
Today we will be replacing a Xerox Phaser 7800 transfer roller part# 108R01053
You will have to replace the fuser if you are getting the following errors:
Repeating spots or lines every "54mm" or "2.13 in"
The image quality is very light and missing a lot of color
If the control panel display reads end of life
HOW DO I CLEAR REGISTRATION JAM
Open the top cover, remove toner cartridge, jam should be below there. There's a common issue where the grey transport belt break underneath the toner cartridge, inspect those belts to make sure both are intact and not broken. A picture of the belt is at link below

Temperature of the Fixing Assembly did not reach the specified temperature within the specified period of time.
Remedy1. Check connectors on the fixing film unit. 2. Replace the fixing film unit. 3. Replace the engine controller PCB.

Great answer, My error did not go away and it made me remove the entire ink loader tray and find that one of the metal spring clips came out of place and the heating element came off its place, Thank you Jose Cada so much for that answer.
Here is the sequence to clear the error 04,025,46: ###(print count) on my 8860MFP:
Press SYSTEM button on the dark center section of the control panel, select INFORMATION and then TROUBLESHOOTING then SERVICE TOOLS, when in service tools press and hold the up arrow while still pressing the up arrow press the down arrow. the display should say SERVICE . select ENTER DIAGNOSTIC MODE press enter, WAIT 20 seconds before display shuts off and goes into diagnostic mode, go to function menu. then go to clear ISC fault and enter. ISC=ink stick count fault.
