I have the same problem. The backlight in mine has blown. Its a small fluro type globe I we cant buy one anywhere......Any ideas other than nav,an ?

You may presume right, or you may presume wrong. I checked the manual and there are a lot of things to do get the system running. I suggest you take a look at the manual. Most of the odd ball screws are what is called a torx bit. You can find these sets in any hardware or home improvement store.

Your trakcer has 16 levels of backlight brightness. To change its backlight brightness do the following.

1 Press [On_OFF] briefly to show the display controls

2 The display and keys are backlit, with sixteen brightness levels. To change the backlight, press (dimmer) or > (brighter)

3 Press ENT to accept the new values.
