I have a kyocera ecosys m6635cidn. it wont print. it keeps saying cassette not installed out of nowhere

There is a cleaner system that is supposed to pick up leaking toner from the cartridge. Try cleaning the toner contacts on the machine and also on the toner cartridge itself. Use metal polish and then an alcohol swab. If that doesn't work, call for service.
