Nothing much can be done, you can try to unplug and replug the power supply after 30 secs if still doesnt work then its a hardware failure, kindly replace the product with the manufacturer.

This scanner will not work with VISTA and there no drivers its work in windows XP, 2000, ME, and 98sc,

There is NOT one. You could try Vuescan though it doesn't need drivers as such.Download link below.
