Hi, first you should check the fuser filme or pressure roler is good or not same time if fuser filme is cut it will happend....

Turn it off, wait for a while then turn on again. It should rstore operations if there's no ptoblems. Otherwise have it serviced (it will come up with an error code)

It could be the network connection or PC that your printer is plugged into. Try swapping it with another printer that you know works. If it still fails, you have isolated the problem to the printer itself.
