Why doesnt the third row of keys on my keyboard do not workk

The keyboard itself is defective. The keys are "strung" together in groupings. The T just happens to be on another string then the top row.. To verify you can easly hook up an external keyboard and verify that it works. Once verified it all works then the problem itself will be in the keyboard. Replace the keyboard. You can easly find them online and are not that expensive or hard to replace.

My mouse touchpad is locked.

There may be a button towards the top of the keyboard (one of the ones with LEDs next to them) that turns the touch pad on and off. Otherwise, there is usually a keyboard combination (the Fn key in the lower left + one of the F1-12 keys) that can toggle it on and off as well. Otherwise, in the lower right hand corner, if you plug in a mouse, you should be able to right click the touchpad icon and re-enable it.

Can't display with my laptop using VGA to 3RCA cable

Can't display where on another monitor or tv? Did you reboot the computer after plugging in the VGA Cable. Sometimes you have to hit the FN Function Key + F1 thru F12 to get the image to display. The correct F1 thru F12 key will have CRT/LCD on it or it might have the icon of a display. Press and hold the FN function key then hit the correct F1 thru F12 Key.
