Restore deleted pictures
If the pictures were on a memory card and you haven't done anything with the card since you deleted the pictures, you have a chance to recover at least some of them. Do a Google search for "data recovery software" and select a program appropriate for your computer and operating system. Put the memory card into a card reader connected to your computer and run the program.

I have a Kodak C613 camera. Every time i connect
Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.

The camera screen displays error message
This error message means that the card is corrupted or formatted for another digital camera. Turn off the camera. Insert a new card or format the card.
CAUTION: Formatting deletes all pictures and videos, including those that are protected. Removing a card during formatting may damage the card.

My camera erased my pictures
These cameras have an internal store and also can use a card. So, when you add a card, it is writing to that store and only shows you the pictures stored there unless you change the device settings or remove the card.
If so, the images you have on the EasyShare One internal store may be originals
Another possibility is that you did a BragBook synch to EasyShare and you might be able to see these images in your 'Favorites' view. The 'Camera Favorites' or BragBook pictures are a smaller version of original images, to allow you to carry more pictures with you to share, but these pictures may be a lower resolution version of the images you took. They would be sufficient for printing 4x6 pictures, but not enlargements.
Change to Favorites mode to see if they show up that way.
Good luck!

M530 date time
The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.
