I believe you have to setup another email account. If memory serve right not compatible with each other.

Most email programs have the option to pick: "Forgot password" or "Forgot username" and then go from there. If you don't remember any of the info they ask for...you'll need to create a new account. If you know all your information is correct, it might just be a temporary problem with the program. I've had that happen to me...i just wait it out and voila. Good luck!

IMHO, you are on the wrong site to do this. You need to go to Amazon.com, sign in and simply cancel your prime subscription.

You will have to go to Amazon.com and sign up for an account. If you already have an Amazon.com account, you can login to you kindle with that information. If you using a mobile phone or tablet with the Kindle reading application, you will login to that app using your amazon.com login info. Its the same as logging into the site.
