Hi I use some software from Samsung called Kies. It can be downloaded here: Kies Samsung PH and once installed on a PC or laptop can be used to transfer files, contacts, pictures etc between phone and PC and vice versa. In your case I suspect only the former at the moment !!! Good Luck

Here is your solution. I too had the exact same problem and I found your inquiry and the solutions above will not work period. I felt kind of stupid once I actually stumbled on the solution and it's quite simple. Open your camera, and I know it won't be responsive to your touch- what you have to do is press both volume button AND power button at the exact same time, I pressed volume down button, and the lock icon disappeared and I was able to finally access my camera to use. No complicated answer at all and I'm shocked there was virtually nothing online to suggest a solution. THIS is the solution- stupid simple right? If you press the volume button again with power button the lock will be activated again.
