NetGear Universal WiFi Range Extender (AAC4001WN2000RPT100NAS) Repeater - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Can i use a 110/220v adapter on my Netgear universal wifi extender?
110/220v will be the input voltage on the adapter. You need to check the required voltage required by the extender which will be somewhere in the 5 to 12v range and compare that to the output of the adapter.
These figures will be displayed on the labels for each.
It is also sensible to check that the amperage required by the extender can be supplied by the adapter. If the adapter is higher it will be fine but if it is lower you risk burning out the adapter.

I reset this and now it doesnt connect to my belkin router
Once reset the device will return to factory settings and won't attempt to connect to any wireless networks. You will need to follow the first time setup instructions.
This page will explain the basic steps, if you need further information please let us know.
Make sure your extender settings are the same as your wireless networks. (Same name, channel, security etc)

Belkin f9k1106v1 range extender not connecting
QUICK TIP: When finding a location for your range extender, it is best to place it within the same room as the computer.
You can also use https://192.168.206.1 to access the range extender's web-based setup page.
Step 1:
Place the range extender in an area where the Wi-Fi signal of your router is strong, but near where you want to establish your extended network.
Step 2:
Plug in the power supply of the range extender and make sure that it is powered ON. Shortly, its light will begin to flash blue and orange.
Step 3:
Place your computer near the range extender. Also, make sure your computer is not wired to any other network devices.
Step 4:
Connect your computer to the range extender by opening the list of Wi-Fi networks and selecting Belkin.setup. Confirm that the list shows it's connected.
Step 5:
Open a web browser, enter https://belkin.range into the Address bar, and follow the on-screen instructions. Don't forget to type "http".
Once the setup for your range extender is complete, you may connect the computer to its Wi-Fi.
