Low water level
Try to unstick the float. The float tells the DW how much water is in it at any given time. It is shaped like a mushroom on the bottom of the DW basin. Gently pick it up and set it back down. Does it seem free? Try the cycle again.

Low-level water level error DMT400RHS
We took off the left side bottom and the float was stuck on ours. We bumped on it on the very bottom plastic while it was feeling up with water and the float flew up and now its working. We gonna let it run its course then clean it out where float is to make sure it doesnt have any more residue or gunk in it.

Soap remains on the dishes after the wash cycle is complete.
Check that the holes in the spray arms haven't blocked up and the filters in the bottom are clean. The arms may not be rotating. To check this, when the machine is washing, open the door, turn all the spray arms to face the same direction, shut the door and leave running for about 30 seconds. Open the door again and look at the position of the spray arms. They should have moved.

Drainage error code keeps flashing
Hello, click this link this is the diagram of your units pump assembly area part number 23 in the diagram is the actual drain pump you would remove this part which is located and can be accessed from the under side and see if there are any obstructions blocking the drain pump or the pumps impellar. If you happen to have an old extension cord cut off the female end and add to spade electrical connectors to the end you just cut the plug off this wire now becomes a powered jumper wire in which if you remove the drain pump you can test the pump outside of the machine and assure that the drain pump is working and that the impellar is spining as well. Part number 9 in the diagram is your wash impellar which periodicly should also be cleaned out in this area as well due to this unit seems to collect deposits around this impellar I have found through many service calls. If you have any further questions or if you remove the drain pump and still do not see any obstructions and the impellar on the drain pump is functioning properly thhen message me back for further diagnosis. I await your reply to any further questions that you may have Thanks Rick

Samsung Dishwasher can drain, but gives "drain error"
Sounds like it could be those same water level sensors you worked on before. Only now its telling the thing that there is water still standing in the unit. Try cleaning those sensors again and I know this sounds obvious but check all your conections.
