This means that there is a problem with the battery charging system.

First, go under Control Panel - Keyboard options and make sure it is set to English.If it is wired (USB or old PS2) the cable or connector could be bad sending incorrect signals. Or possibly the bubble pad under the keys has somehow moved and not lining up correctly with the switches under each key. Best solution is just replace the keyboard. You can get wired ones for about $10 or wireless for around $30. It is not worth trying to repair, unless maybe it is a fancy (expensive) gaming keyboard.
