I lack access to the keyboard. That said, according to the manual on page 13, depressing the code button and holding it down while pressing another key will access the green symbol on that key, part of an alternate set of characters. most likely on the keyboard you get on the screen in the left bottom corner will be an alternative symbol option key if not you might have to change the bbid on the wi fi router and all your other devices connected to it by removing the underscore
