Buddy, can you watch YouTube and specifically have you changed any settings recently. I would switch it off and on again and re try- failing that a factory reset will get things set back to default settings. Just make sure you back up any info - good luck

Open your gmail then go to where you would delete trash or spam. At the top of this list is your email name touch on it then you should see an option to manage accts. Open it and you will see an option to add an acct or delete acct.

Had a problem very similar to this. I took it to my local servicing agent and they found the SIM Base to be defective. They replaced the section but charged 75 USD (it was out of warranty) then they reinitialized the SIM and all was well.
