Why wont my battery charge above 41%?
battery has a memory lock from charging too often without being run down
you can fix it some times by completely flattening the battery or getting a new battery
re-chargeable batteries should be run to almost flat before recharging or this fault happens
I have forgot my pass word and the phone number on it is wrong please help

Can you try this?
Power off the tablet.
Press and hold the Volume up button, which is located closest to the touch screen lock switch.
While holding the Volume up button, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release it. Continue holding the Volume up button.
Once the tablet screen turns on, stop holding the buttons.
On the Android system recovery <3e> screen, select wipe data/factory reset. Use the Volume up and Volume down keys to navigate through the menus and use the Power button to select the desired option.
When prompted to "Confirm wipe of all user data", select Yes -- delete all user data.
Select reboot system now.

Strong is relative to your position and where the signal is coming from. If you don't have a wireless router in your location then the signal has to go through walls etc. either way it is not your wireless signal from what I gather from your post.
My Acer Iconcia ' A1 will not come on at all.
Possibly the ribbon cable that goes to the screen came lose from the main circuit board. I suggest you find a YouTube video on disassembling your tablet and watch it. Where the ribbon cable attaches to the board, there will be a fastener that holds it in place that either slides out or flips up. It won't look like there's any sort of fastener there so make sure you watch the video that shows how it works.
In the video I've linked, one could get the impression that how you unfasten the ribbon cable latch is up to the user (slide it or flip it up) but it's not your option. It depends on the design of the connector.
