@ronhurley the error code "OE" is a "Drain error " and it is initiated by your washer not having fully drained in 10 minutes. Most common cause is a clogged filter.

Try taking off the top. This is held by two spring clips that can be released using a pair of putty knives. Slide the putty knives in from the front of the cabinet on each side so that you push down on the clips. Then you can remove the top. Kenmore stackable washer dryer doesn't cycle (doesn't advance to water fill or wash, drain, rinse, spin) (not spinning, draining, filling?) After the video, we learned it was the points in the timer. It wasn't the black "electrical plug", being plugged into. Get your serial number and google Kenmore timer and you can order a replacement timer. Even if you still have someone come out, you've still saved a bunch!.......ps....I had a viewer make a good point!; I obviously didn't have any issues, but obviously be careful with electrical panel and any loose wires!
