Video Problem
That seems to be the monitor running a test. It might do that if it isn't receiving a signal from the computer. Make sure the cable is plugged into the tower and the monitor. The graphics card could be bad, or the motherboard or power supply. Has it ever worked before? What changes were made? Was there lightning in the area or a power failure?Turn the computer off and unplug it, and the monitor. Wait a few minutes, then plug everything in and restart. Hopefully it isn't a permanent hardware failure.A test to narrow down the cause would be to use a different monitor or computer to see where the problem lies.
