The charge connection is loose. If it is a Micro USB connector, check inside the jack with a strong light and see if the tiny contact board is bent downward. If it is, then it must be carefully bent up a bit. Use a wooden toothpick and insert the point below the contact board to push it up. Then try using a new Micro USB cable and charger.

I will first take a back up of your Galaxi in the computer and reinstal the oerative system tha cleans every thing. And you telefon will be as new. I use to do with my computer, the iphone of my son and it works all ways. check the handbook of your mobile how to make a system restore first and if it does not help try reinstaling the operative system ( as second option ) that i guess is windows in your Galaxi you find out of it in the handbook or try youtube.god luck!
