Check for any core loose [SMPS] transformer at its main power supply regulator board. Contact any service technician. This is a very dangerous part to touch. Gopakumar Gopalan Google

I'm not failure with that exact model but it has to do with cable box not the tv. Well it could also be the tv but start at the box first. make sure it's set to not be expanded it should be set to normal picture size and formatted to match the shape of the screen 4:3 or 16:9 and select the highest output like 1080Ip or the lesser 780p the settings will be located in the cable boxes preferences and settings controls. after looking for these settings you will be able to figure out the screen sizes and formats. Then check the tv's menue and make sure it's set to the highest input selection with the screen size setting as normal & not expanded or zoomed.
