Hello,my reebok i-run treadmill belt is not moving
Usually a spark means you have a problem with either the drive motor or motor controller board became damaged. Unplug unit remove the motor shroud physically inspect the motor and board for any signs of arching then replaced the board. Next use a multi meter to check continuity of the drive motor by removing the red and black leads that attached to the board if a reading is much more than 1.0 to 2.0 ohms then your motor is also damaged need to be replaced.

Reebok GTS40 treadmill not working
Hi Chris,Hope so you're doing well, fact that it runs briefly and then flips the fuse suggests a potential overload or short circuit problem. To troubleshoot the issue, start by checking the power source and ensuring that the circuit breaker or fuse can handle the treadmill's electrical load.Inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, fraying, or loose connections. Make sure it is securely plugged into the outlet. Additionally, examine the motor control board for any visible signs of damage, such as burnt components or loose wires.Testing the motor by disconnecting the power and manually rotating the treadmill belt can help identify any obstructions or issues with the motor or belt tension. If you are unable to identify or resolve the problem on your own then download now user guide, it is advisable to consult a qualified technician or contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.Hope so this will help you!Regards,Bryce JuneCEO & Founder of https://trafficriderapp.com/
Reebok ONE GT40s incline working intermittently
It sounds like there may be an issue with the incline motor or the lifting mechanism. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Check for any visible damage or obstructions in the incline mechanism. Make sure that there is nothing blocking the movement of the incline motor or lifting mechanism.
- Check the wiring and connections for the incline motor. Make sure that all wires are connected securely and that there are no loose or damaged wires.
- Test the voltage going to the incline motor. Use a multimeter to check that the motor is receiving the correct voltage.
- Try to manually adjust the incline. This will help you determine if the issue is with the motor or the lifting mechanism. To do this, unplug the treadmill and remove the motor cover. Locate the incline motor and manually turn the screw with an Allen wrench to raise or lower the incline. If the incline moves smoothly and easily, the issue is likely with the motor. If the incline is difficult to move or doesn't move at all, the issue is likely with the lifting mechanism.
If you're not comfortable performing these steps, it may be best to contact a professional to diagnose and repair the issue.
