Sounds like your phone crashed. I am not familiar with your specific phone, but shut it completely off and take out the battery. Let it sit for a few and put the battery back in and plug in the charger. Let it get to 100% and turn it back on. If the problem is gone then you just need to power cycle it. If the problem still persists, call you carrier and have them help you reflash your phone. Verify with them that what data, if any, you will lose.

i m sorry to say u but there is no other way except changing ur screen to fix ur problem. thank u !

Yes all u have to do is take the plug out take the battery & back out then reset the phone u should be fine

Wet Cell Phone Immediately remove the phone from the water, turn off the cell phone, remove the battery and SIM card. To dry out the cell phone put it in a large plastic bag with silica gel drying crystals then put it in a warm sunny place for several days or in front of a warm fan heater for several hours. Reassemble the phone and hope it will work properly again, but if does not work then it is faulty and you need a new cell phone.

On the upper left edge/side of your phone, you will find your "Volume Up/Down Keys". Use these DURING a phone call to adjust the volume of your earpiece speaker. If you don't do it during a call, you will just be adjusting the ringer volume. Hope this helps.

If you unscrew the srews in your phone the power button comes out, you can try and see if it is lined up correctly. I had the same problem.
